ABOUT US

Counseling in the field of personal development, namely, self-improvement, self-fulfillment, and interpersonal communication

Therapy for Humanity is striving to be the world's #1 motivational and mentally calming platform. For many years now, I have been motivating and helping people heal from everyday stress(relationships, workplace, Covid and more), through music.

Music has been my therapy for decades now. No drugs, no alcohol, just good music. Now, I am sharing with the world, a lot of the music which helped me get through some really tough times in my life. Here's to healing together!

Some people think motivational platforms which allows a person to dig deep in their souls to start the healing process is a bit depressing. Honestly, I look at it as reflective, and not at all depressing.
Therapy for Humanity is about, but not limited to, sharing our personal moments of humanity and humanitarian actions by others.
Encouraging everyone to be the very best version of their own skin, speaking to the mirror daily, in an effort to show unlimited compassion to each other.
To help everyone realize that despite our differences, beliefs, ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, political leanings and so forth, we are all in this together. Humanity transcends all of the above, bonding us in the most unexpected way, to show that at one point or another, we will need the hand of each other.
Look around and ask yourself, "how can I make a difference and leave a positive footprint behind? What will my legacy be?" Remember, we are here but for only a moment. Let's not waste our time hating each other, hating ourselves, living a depressed and meaningless life. Instead, let's use the short time we were designated/assigned here on earth, to make it a better place for us and those whom we will leave behind and those who will are not yet born. We know they will thank us.
Therapy for Humanity refrains from discussions of a religious or political nature, unless it has a story of humanity, or lack thereof, tied into it. It just takes a little bit of humanity to make a life-changing difference in a person's life.
